What You'll Do
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering & Organization Development (70%)
- Partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Support organizational change initiatives including restructures, integrations, and business transformations.
- Lead HR work streams for change initiatives:
- Organization design & role mapping
- Workforce planning
- Culture alignment & team integration
- Change communication and engagement strategies
- Provide HR advisory support to leaders on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Conduct talent assessments and support capability-building initiatives.
- Identify people risks and employee sentiment during periods of change and proactively address concerns.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure people practices are compliant with Indonesia labor law.
- Use people data and HR metrics to generate insights and support decision-making.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management & HR Operations (20%)
- Act as the main HR point of contact for assigned departments, handling employee queries and basic employee relations matters.
- Support and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes:
- Onboarding & offboarding
- Performance check-ins
- Promotions, transfers and contract renewals
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in HR systems (HRIS).
- Support policy communication and ensure consistent HR practice implementation.
- Escalate complex ER cases appropriately and work closely with senior HR stakeholders when required.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives (10%)
- Support and drive employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives.
- Partner with teams to organize internal events, culture building activities, and engagement programs.
- Gather employee feedback and help translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Contribute to internal HR projects related to employer culture and organizational effectiveness.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or Organization Development role.
- Strong exposure to organization development, change management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of Indonesia labor law and HR operations.
- Comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with HR systems (HRIS, people analytics tools).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
