Senior Human Resources Manager

About Us

OTO by CarDekho (automotive financing service marketplace) is a part of CarDekho SEA (India's biggest digital automotive solutions provider). OTO by CarDekho SEA operates the business across Indonesia and initially focuses on new car dealerships and expanding the new business unit for used car financing, refinancing, dealer inventory funding, multi-financing, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

End-to-End HR Operations Oversight

  • Oversee and ensure accuracy in employment lifecycle processes including onboarding, contract management, payroll, employee movements, data updates and offboarding etc.
  • Ensure BPJS TK & Kesehatan processes, employee documentation, severance administration, and HR compliance are managed efficiently and timely.
  • Responsible for accurate and efficient data management across HR systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners and stakeholders to ensure timely communication, accurate information flow and collaborative relationships.
  • Establish/ maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), service levels, and quality controls to ensure consistent delivery across all entities.

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner and support assigned business leaders in strategic and operational people issues, understand business goals and translate them into people strategies.
  • Lead performance management cycles.
  • Handle complex employee relations and manage legal / labor law compliance.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders from various departments and entities.
  • Provide operational insights and recommendations to management to support business decisions.

Compliance, Risk, and Governance

  • Ensure all HR processes comply with Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Oversee proper employee and process documentation and ensure audit readiness for employee files and critical HR transactions.
  • Manage all complex HR operational or employee-related issues.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure proper maintenance, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee records and HR data.
  • Provide operational reports, workforce data summaries, and insights to HR leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual work, and improve efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years HR experience, at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in managing HR Operations activities in an agile business environment.
  • Experience in automotive financing/credit/fintech/lending or financial services is preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent written & spoken English skills.
  • Strong business acumen ability to understand business priorities and partner with the business to solve business issues.
  • High level of stakeholder management and influencing.
  • Deep understanding of local labor law.
  • Continuous improvement mindset; strong orientation to process and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in using HR tools / ATS / HRIS.
