Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Managing monthly employee payroll, including reimbursement, medical insurance (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan), income tax (PPh 21), as well as calculating commissions and allowances.
  • Managing comprehensive HR documentation, encompassing employment contracts (PKWT), employee databases, entry and exit documents, warning letters,
  • Conducting training sessions for new employees.
  • Handling various operational activities within the company, including procurement, payment of routine expenses, and asset maintenance.
  • Supervising the team responsible for updating the company website.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English both Oral and Written
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs management
  • Fast learner, good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Can join immediately
