Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Map and design end-to-end HR process flows and system blueprints (Visio,Miro, etc.)
  • Support HR system configuration, testing (UAT), and deployment
  • Translate business requirements into HR system functionalities in collaboration with HR and IT teams
  • Extract, clean, and validate HR data across multiple systems
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
  • Provide insights through descriptive and predictive analytics (e.g., turnover, headcount, performance, learning)
  • Present insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with company and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR Management, Industrial Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in HRIS, HR Digitalization, or People Analytics, including system improvement/configuration and HR dashboard creation
  • Practical experience in descriptive & predictive HR analytics
  • Familiar with HRIS platforms and HR process mapping tools (Visio, Miro, etc.)
  • Proficient in advanced Excel/dashboarding and statistical analysis with exposure to basic machine learning or AI concepts
  • Placement: Bintaro, South Tangerang
