Job Description

The Senior Housekeeping & Landscape is responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping and landscaping operations to ensure the property maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and aesthetic quality. This role supervises operational teams, manages vendors, controls budgets, and ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations.

We Are Seeking Someone Who

demonstrates strong leadership in housekeeping and landscape operations, with proven experience in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic quality within commercial or residential properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing teams and vendors effectively while ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture or Landscape Architecture and able to operate AutoCAD
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or similar position.
• Strong understanding of landscape design, maintenance operations, and property management standards.
• Proven experience in supervising operational teams and coordinating with vendors.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
