Role Summary
Lead growth acceleration for a portfolio of Indonesian SMEs generating USD 500K–1M+ in annual revenue. Using consulting frameworks, AI tools, and structured tracking, drive focused growth sprints to scale revenue, optimize operations, and unlock new opportunities.
This role owns strategy, manages founder relationships, and ensures Small and Medium companies progress through defined journeys and sprints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Sprint Development
- Diagnose business challenges using structured consulting frameworks
- Use AI tools to generate insights, models, projections, growth hypotheses, and business plan
- Design 4–8 week growth sprints tailored for each portfolio company
- Monitor sprint execution and provide strategic recommendations
2. Portfolio Performance Tracking
- Maintain dashboards on portfolio health, revenue indicators, and sprint progress
- Track KPIs aligned to program goals:
- Businesses completing defined sprints
- Journeys accepted
- Provide weekly and monthly portfolio reports
3. Founder Relationship Management
- Act as strategic advisor to business owners
- Lead check-ins, deep dive assessments, and growth discussions
- Ensure high engagement and pipeline conversion
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Growth Success, Services, Marketing & Partnerships teams
- Provide feedback on program improvements and platform enhancement
- Collaborate with CRM & analytics team to maintain clean, actionable data
Qualifications
- 5–9 years experience in consulting, business strategy, VC/PE, startup growth, or advisory roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI productivity tools for business planning
- Excellent communication; comfortable working with SME founders
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity
