Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Senior General Manager with an IT background. The role involves overseeing IT operations, managing technology strategies, and leading a team to ensure the delivery of effective IT solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing and streamlining technical processes, implementing IT management best practices, and driving innovation to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong and Proven Background for Indonesia's IT Environment
• Understand on how to do business, especially in Jakarta
• Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Operations
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and solve complex problems
• Experience in IT Management, including strategic planning and resource allocation
• Proven ability in Team Management for mentoring, supervising, and motivating staff
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
