One of our brand, ATM Bersama is the pioneer of the first and largest electronic payment system service in Indonesia, which has been connected with more than 90 member financial institutions, both Banks and Non-Banks (Fintech, etc) in Indonesia. As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an General Accounting Analyst to strengthen our finance and accounting team and support key financial operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis and ensure the accuracy of accounting records and financial reports.
- Analyze account reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments to maintain integrity of financial data.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS), and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with external auditors during audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Support and enhance internal control processes, including involvement in ICOFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and reporting.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, and/or audit (financial services or payment industry experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in handling and/or reviewing ICOFR.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (PSAK and/or IFRS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms preferred).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical thinking.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate effectively within a team.
