Senior Full Stack Engineer

Working Arrangement: Remote, usual UAE hours

We&aposre looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a greenfield project focused on building an internal AI-driven platform from the ground up. You&aposll work closely with frontend engineers, AI/ML specialists, and product stakeholders to develop scalable, secure, and maintainable systems that support advanced automation and intelligent workflows.

The stack includes React, Next.js, Node.js, tRPC, and PostgreSQL, with a strong focus on type-safe APIs, AI integration, and multi-service architecture using Docker.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building clean backend systems, working across the full stack, and contributing to a modern and forward-looking engineering culture.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development
• Proficient in React and Next.js (SSR, API routes, form handling)
• Strong backend development with Node.js
• Familiarity with tRPC or similar type-safe API frameworks
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, complex queries)
• Skilled in handling file uploads (PDFs), data parsing, and validation
• Experience integrating AI/automation tools (e.g., n8n, CrewAI)
• Proficient in Docker and writing docker-compose.yml for multi-service apps
• Experience deploying full-stack applications (bonus: Vercel, Coolify, Render)
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and clean coding practices
