About the Company: Our client is a fast-growing, remote-first B2B SaaS company powering product knowledge for retail teams. Client work with some of the largest alcohol retailers in Asia-Pacific, helping their frontline staff become more confident and capable through bite-sized, brand-led training.
About the Role: They are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer (either front end or back end) to join their dynamic and collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Building new user-facing features in Vue.js
- Working across the stack to deliver features end-to-end
- Collaborating with designers and PMs to prototype and refine ideas
- Refactoring and maintaining existing frontend and backend code
- Contributing to performance improvements, scaling, and quality
- Helping improve our dev practices, from testing to documentation
- Occasionally contributing to mobile app (built with React Native)
General Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools like Cursor or Copilot.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.
- An Indonesian Citizen
Front End
- Strong proficiency in modern SPAs using Vue.js or React.js.
- Experience working with backend frameworks (bonus if you have Ruby on Rails experience).
- Ability to work closely with UI UX designers and build custom UI components (not just using pre-built templates).
Back End
- Must have a very strong exposure in Ruby on Rails
- Have general understanding of delivering features end-to-end (frontend + backend).
