Senior Full Stack Developer
Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus and solid frontend development experience to develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications and business systems.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on developer who is capable of coding independently while also providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. The role is primarily focused on software development, with approximately 70% backend and 30% frontend responsibilities.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in at least one backend technology and framework, together with practical frontend, database, API, and system integration experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and business systems.
  
• Perform hands-on backend development, including services, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
  
• Develop frontend components and integrate them with backend services.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers within the team.
  
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical solution planning.
  
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
  
• Conduct code reviews and promote coding standards, best practices, and maintainable solutions.
  
• Guide and support junior developers in technical implementation and problem-solving.
  
• Contribute to application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on coding experience with at least one backend programming language, such as:
  • PHP
    
  • Python
    
  • C#
    
  • Java
    
  • Node.js
    
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one backend framework, such as:
  • Laravel
    
  • Django
    
  • .NET / ASP.NET Core
    
  • Spring Boot
    
• Practical frontend development experience with at least one framework or library, such as React.js, together with good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience with at least one database technology, such as MS SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL.
  
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party API integration.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Git, including branching, pull requests, and code review practices.
  
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming and web application development.
  
• Demonstrated ability to technically lead, mentor, and guide developers while remaining hands-on with coding.
  
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a development team.
  
• Project management experience is not the primary requirement for this role.
  

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD, Azure, or Docker.
  
• Knowledge of application and API security.
  
• Experience with query and application performance optimization.
  
• Familiarity with scalable system design and design patterns.
  
• Experience integrating AI technologies such as OpenAI API, Claude API, or Gemini API.
  
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform.
