Job Descriptions:
- Gather and analyze user requirements and requests in detail, and design appropriate technical solutions to meet those requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and monitor approved solutions before delivering them to end users.
- Design, develop, implement, maintain, and monitor web-based applications using the Python programming language.
- Develop responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly front-end interfaces based on business and user requirements.
- Design, build, optimize, and manage databases, including database structures and schemas.
- Design, develop, implement, and document APIs to support system integration requirements.
- Perform application troubleshooting and debugging, and document identified issues along with their corresponding resolutions.
- Collaborate with developers, system analysts, users, and other stakeholders throughout the application development and maintenance lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to design and implement software architecture and technical solutions.
- Implement application security best practices, including authentication, authorization, input validation, API security, and protection against application vulnerabilities.
- Optimize application, database, and API performance to improve speed, scalability, and resource efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality complies with established software development standards and best practices.
- Develop, manage, and support application deployment processes, including the implementation of CI/CD pipelines in accordance with development standards.
- Prepare and execute application testing, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Actively participate as a technical support member within solution development project teams.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and other technical documentation.
- Follow and comply with the organization's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and standards.
- Provide recommendations on emerging technologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes.
- Recommend and contribute to the development and enhancement of policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures related to application development and information technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in software development using Python.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience working on projects using both Waterfall and Agile development approaches.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong programming, algorithm, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in designing and developing databases, including writing queries, stored procedures, and database functions using Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and MySQL.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming for back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Django and Flask frameworks.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, Bootstrap, jQuery, CSS, React.js, and AngularJS.
- Familiarity with server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, including presentation layers, business logic, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Proficient in using Git or other version control systems for collaborative software development.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker for application development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of designing, developing, and implementing RESTful APIs, including integration with internal and external systems.
- Familiarity with Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks such as Django ORM, SQLAlchemy, or similar technologies.
- Proficient in JavaScript and at least one modern front-end framework such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Ability to create and maintain API documentation and other technical project documentation.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
- Quality-focused with a commitment to delivering reliable, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
