Senior Finance Manager (CFO Track)

Cartrack Indonesia is seeking a commercially driven and hands-on finance leader to head the country finance function. This role is suitable for either:

An experienced Head of Finance / CFO, or

A high-potential Senior Finance Manager ready to step into a broader leadership mandate.

You will lead a team of 15 finance professionals and take full ownership of financial reporting, compliance, operational finance, governance, and strategic business partnering.

This is a high-visibility leadership position with direct exposure to Country and Regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Governance

Own the full finance function including month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting

Ensure compliance with IFRS/local GAAP and Indonesian tax regulations

Oversee internal controls, risk management, and financial governance

Lead external audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banks

Strategic & Commercial Partnership

Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Provide commercial insights to support revenue growth, margin optimization, and cost management

Partner closely with Country Leadership on strategic decision-making

Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation

Operational Excellence

Oversee AR, AP, GL, treasury, tax, billing, and cash flow management

Strengthen finance processes, reporting accuracy, and automation initiatives

Ensure disciplined working capital management

Leadership & Talent Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 finance staff

Build a strong performance culture with accountability and succession planning

Elevate finance capability to support business growth

Requirements

815+ years of progressive finance experience

Strong foundation in Big 4 or mid-tier audit preferred

Proven experience leading finance teams and managing full finance functions

Strong technical knowledge in reporting, tax, compliance, and controls

Commercially astute with strong business partnering skills

Excellent communication skills in English

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

Good to have: CPA or equivalent professional qualification
