We are seeking a skilled and visionary Leather Fashion Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing unique and high-quality leather garments and accessories that reflect our aesthetic and appeal to our executive. Your expertise in leatherwork, creativity, and attention to detail will be pivotal in driving our success.
Job Description:
- Develop and conceptualize new designs from concept to finished product.
- Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market dynamics to inspire designs.
- Create sketches and prototypes using hand-drawing or software.
- Select appropriate fabrics, colors, and embellishments to complement designs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that designs are feasible and manufacturable.
- Oversee the production process, providing guidance to ensure the final product aligns with design specifications.
- Hunting and preparing production's needs (fabrics, buttons, etc).
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Fashion Design.
- 3-5 years experience as a Fashion Designer.
- Proficient in operating design software, such as Adobe.
- Proactive, Detail oriented, responsible.
- Able to work in tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Willing to work long hours in Gading Serpong (WFO).
