Duties & responsibilities
Job Overview
- Work well in the team to meet KPI and SLA delivery to client.
Compliance and Administration
- Comply with site EHS & Security requirement
- Ensuring all available RA are in the correct template & guidance
- Be a local member of Emergency Response Team & Local Dawn Raid Team
- Monthly inspection & CAPA follow up
- Draft new client and update SOP/WI when required
- Ensure all vendors documents are up to date and compliance
- Incident reporting and EHS stats updates
- Other tasks assigned by Client & Site Lead.
Operation
- Engage with users and build rapport
- Draft email comms & signages, and send out & communicate
- Routine engagement with stakeholders
- Routine meetings with vendors, ensure support and vendor management as set out in KPI and meet SLA
- Carries out few security processes such as, but not limited to: Access Cards, CCTV, Utilization & Occupation data
- Manages canteen supplies & vendors
- Consumables review and negotiation with vendors
- Sustainability initiatives discussion and execution
Finance & Procurement
- Source & get the best offer
- Draft quotation & getting approval from stakeholder
- Raise Purchase Requisition in various platform and ensure Purchase Order release
- Invoice monitoring & tracking
- Liaise with respective counterpart for any queries or issues raised
- Licensing tax processes (i.e. billboard tax)

A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
- Strong communication skill both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and speaking. Ability to confidently interact with all levels of the organizations.
- At least 3yrs experience in FM Related industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with tech savvy knowledge
- High attention to detail, especially numbers
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
