Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to preparing quotations purchase requisitions, coordinate sales orders processing, invoicing, and maintaining customer records to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Assist to consolidate lead generation, sales data and generate reports on performance, forecasts, and pipeline status when required.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and other internal departments to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist with on-ground HR admin matters, in collaboration with HR teams from HQ and other offices in Indonesia.
  • Support office admin and vendor coordination, including office security arrangements and general workplace matters such as internal committees and workplace initiatives where applicable.
  • Ensure the office and common areas are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Manage all office supplies, including but not limited to coordinate the ordering and stocking of pantry food items and office stationery.
  • Manage office equipment and co-ordination of all office maintenance activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc work as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Working experience in office administration would be an added advantage.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Excel/Word and Email Outlook.
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
