Senior Equipment Maintenance Engineer - Tooling and Fixture Design (Indonesia Region)

Essential Functions:

• Formulate and review preventive maintenance plans; lead maintenance work and propose improvements.
• Diagnose, recover, and improve equipment including wire bodies, fixtures, and auxiliary equipment.
• Design and develop high-precision tooling and fixtures.
• Create detailed 2D/3D CAD and mechanical layout drawings.
• Manage procurement and inventory of mechanical parts to reduce costs.
• Develop and implement training programs for technicians and engineers.
• Conduct safety inspections and lead safety improvement plans.
• Debug and verify equipment in cutting and pulling processes; summarize improvements.
• Manage daily equipment problem reporting and analyze data to reduce downtime.
• Facilitate on-site communication and coordination among departments.
• Ensure implementation of maintenance tasks and complete assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Expertise in motor drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, material applications, and mechanical structures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting 2D/3D mechanical drawings.
• Experience with mechanical automation and logistics systems (e.g., robots, AGV, RGV).
• Knowledge of non-bovine fluids, electrochemistry, and welding.
• Understanding of mechanical materials, reducers, motors, and transmission products.
• Ability to perform load, life, and stress calculations.
• Experience in planning and leading maintenance for EV, EP, and CTE sections.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance.
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds.
