Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee all e-commerce channels (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, own website).
- Optimize product listings (descriptions, images, keywords, pricing).
- Coordinate promotions, flash sales, and bundling strategies.
- Ensure excellent digital customer journey and timely support.
- Work with digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns.
- Analyze customer behavior to enhance personalization and retention.
- Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
- Provide insights for improvement and new product opportunities.
- Lead and coach a small team (if applicable) of e-commerce executives or support staff.
- Provide training and direction to ensure performance standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in consumer goods or sanitary/home improvement sectors.
- Proven experience managing online marketplaces stores.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and tools.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards).
- Solid grasp of SEO/SEM, digital marketing funnels, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Tech-savvy, creative thinker, and result-oriented mindset.
- Self-driven and adaptable.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
