Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
Build and optimize digital marketing pipeline for e-commerce.
Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
Collaborate with leadership, the creative team, and cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategy.
Mentor junior marketing specialist.
Stay updated with social media and advertising trends.

Requirements

Requirements

35+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Proven track record of successful ad campaigns.
Expertise in paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads).
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Understanding of what content works across different platforms.
Understanding of fitness culture and streetwear trends.
Experience with e-commerce marketing.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager).
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Organized and able to work independently.

Nice To Have

Experience in fitness, wellness, or fashion industries.
Email marketing platform expertise (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
Video content strategy knowledge.
Experience scaling marketing operations.
