JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels
  • Plan, launch, optimist, and scale performance-driven campaigns focused on traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
  • Manage advertising budgets and forecasts to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and revenue goals
  • Drive paid traffic to e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, marketplaces) and optimize for conversion performance
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and web teams to improve landing pages, checkout flow, and user experience
  • Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales through paid campaigns
  • Analyst funnel performance from ad click to purchase, identifying drop-offs and optimization opportunities
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards, tracking pixels)
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, formats, and landing pages
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integrity across platforms
  • Work closely with creative, content, CRM, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior digital ads specialists where applicable
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and platform partners
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, advertising policies, and data protection requirements
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance consistency

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce-focused ad campaigns
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, marketplaces is required
  • Advanced expertise in paid digital advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS and conversion performance
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer journeys
  • Budget management and forecasting skills
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
