Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support banking report and analytics.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver reliable data solutions.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.
Integrate data from various internal and external sources.
Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Support regulatory reporting by ensuring accurate and timely data processes.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Experience with data warehouse design and development methodologies.
Proven experience with ETL or data integration tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar.
Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
Deep knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) and familiarity with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
Experienced in fine tuning ETL jobs, database queries, and infrastructure for efficiency
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
