This company is a leading B2B fintech platform in its field, processing over US$2B across multiple currencies annually. Responsibilities
- Design and build actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across business and operational teams.
- Conduct project-based and ad-hoc deep-dive analyses to support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and product experimentation.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models (e.g., forecasting, fraud detection, churn prediction, routing optimization) and continuously refine them for accuracy and performance.
- Translate business objectives into analytical frameworks, providing data-backed recommendations that influence product and operational decisions.
- Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business functions to implement and scale analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Science, ideally focused on building data pipelines and working with large datasets to solve complex problems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with expertise in data wrangling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Superset, or Power BI to build intuitive and impactful dashboards.
- Solid understanding of key data science concepts, including regression, classification, clustering, probability distributions, and statistical testing.
- Demonstrated experience working with financial systems and solving large-scale technical challenges.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage ambiguity and effectively prioritize tasks.
