We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex datasets, developing data models, and delivering actionable insights that enhance decision-making processes. Your day-to-day tasks include identifying data trends, performing statistical analyses, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve business strategies.

• Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Data Analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to provide insights that inform business decisions.
• Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and software such as Python, R, SQL, Excel, and BI platforms.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role is highly desirable.
