ABOUT THE ROLE

Location

This is a full-time position at our on-site office in Jakarta.

Summary

Were looking for a Senior Creative (Senior Associate to Manager Level) to lead Gotrades brand and campaign execution engine. This role will oversee how Gotrade shows up across campaigns, partnerships, and creative contentensuring consistent delivery of our brand voice, driving user engagement, and fueling organic growth.

You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, managing recurring campaigns, KOL activations, and brand consistency, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring Gotrades story to life.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end planning of recurring marketing campaigns (monthly themes, seasonal pushes, evergreen programs).
  • Coordinate online and offline campaign rollouts to drive trading activity and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with performance, CRM, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent delivery across all channels.

2. KOL & Brand Partner Activation

  • Work with the partnerships team to translate brand/KOL deals into well-executed marketing campaigns.
  • Guide and review all sponsored content, ensuring message quality, platform fit, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with the KOL associate and social team to amplify reach and improve organic traction.

3. Brand Management & Quality Control

  • Maintain and enforce brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines across all public-facing content.
  • Review and approve campaign creatives, social content, and partner materials to ensure brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with the copywriter and creative team to ensure message clarity and compliance.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Run weekly execution syncs, provide feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Collaborate across squads with product, social, content, CRM, and partnerships to drive executional excellence.

5. Growth & Performance Contribution

  • Deliver marketing programs that grow brand awareness, organic traffic, and user acquisition from non-paid channels.
  • Monitor key metrics such as reach, organic acquisition, KOL content performance, and engagement impact.
  • Continuously improve execution playbooks based on performance learnings.

Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in brand management, campaign execution, or creative marketing (consumer tech, fintech, or FMCG preferred).
  • Proven success in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong experience working with KOLs, partnerships, and social content.
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian consumer culture and content trends.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, copy review, and creative evaluation skills.
  • Leadership experience in managing small teams or cross-functional collaborations.
