Senior Copywriter

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, PR, or related field.
• 2 – 5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, FMCG, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia with the ability to write in various tones (conversational, technical, marketing).
• Professional English writing skills are a strong plus.
• Proven experience writing high-converting e-commerce copy (Tokopedia, Shopee, website product page).
• Strong understanding of skincare terms, consumer pain points, and how to communicate product benefits clearly.
• Ability to translate marketing strategies and product USP into simple, persuasive, and consumer-friendly copy.
• Experience writing press releases, brand announcements, or PR-driven articles is a significant advantage.
• A passion for beauty, skincare innovation, and storytelling.

Job Description:

• Write creative campaign copy, taglines, and messaging frameworks for brand and product launches.
• Write daily/weekly caption content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms that are engaging, educational, and aligned with current trends.
• Translate skincare topics into easy-to-understand, scroll-stopping content.
• Create high-converting product descriptions for website & e-commerce platforms (key ingredients, benefits, how-to-use, highlights, USP).
• Write SEO-optimized copy for website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with R&D to deeply understand product formulation, hero ingredients, and claims.
• Ensure every copy reflects accurate product benefits and skincare science in consumer-friendly language.
• Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver on time.
• Can work with fast-paced marketing needs (product launch timelines, campaigns, trending content ideas).
