YOUR ROLE:
- Develop creative content across a range of clients, from fast-turnaround digital assets to larger digital campaign work
- Work closely with creative leads to support key projects and initiatives
- Apply industry best practices while embracing our unique storytelling approach
- Prioritize strong concepting, writing, and development of compelling creative ideas
- Stay up to date with platform trends and social media culture
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in a creative, media, or advertising role with a strong focus on digital and social media content
- Proven expertise in copywriting, content development, and ideation
- Strong experience working in social-first environments and creating content for social platforms
- Interest in AI tools and how they can enhance creativity, workflow, and content development
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers
- Passionate about sports, music, or food—something you actively bring into your creative perspective
