Role Description

This is a contract base on-site role for a Senior Contract Engineer located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Senior Contract Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing contract phases from negotiation to execution. Duties include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, coordinating with project teams, and mitigating risks. The role also involves maintaining contract documentation and providing guidance on contractual matters to project managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as Contract Engineer
• Familiar in EPC contract management, negotiation, and contract law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa Indonesia. Chinese language is a must.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools
• Location: Jakarta office. Open to travel to project site (Toronto, Canada)
