About the Role

This role owns Hadl's computer vision approach end to end. You will lead how we design, train, evaluate, and explain our vision models.

You will set standards, guide methodology, and ensure models are understandable, debuggable, and improving over time. Communication and clarity are as important as technical skill.

This is a senior role with real influence over product direction and technical strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead computer vision model design and iteration.
• Define evaluation methods and error analysis frameworks.
• Own annotation strategy and dataset design.
• Make model behaviour explainable to the wider team.
• Guide ML engineers on vision best practices.
• Document decisions, tradeoffs, and learnings.
• Raise overall computer vision maturity across the company.

Salary: 20 to 60 million IDR
