How can you support us Here are below your responsibilities:

1. Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQ) to vendors based on approved purchasing requests.
2. Support vendors during preparation of technical and commercial proposals while maintaining bid confidentiality.
3. Prepare commercial bid tabulations, analyze proposals, and recommend vendor selection strategies.
4. Lead commercial and price negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
5. Prepare Purchase Orders/Subcontracts in accordance with General Purchase Terms & Conditions and project requirements, managing any deviations when required.
6. Close bidding processes, obtain vendor confirmations, and notify unsuccessful bidders.
7. Follow up and negotiate purchase order or subcontract revisions when necessary.
8. Review technical documentation received with Purchase Requisitions and Technical Evaluations.
9. Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain proper contractual documentation and archiving.

What are we looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working as buyer in an EPCI / Oil & Gas company
3. Strong negotiation and commercial evaluation skills.
4. Good market knowledge and understanding of procurement processes.
5. Familiar with purchasing systems and overall procurement workflows.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Ariba.
7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced project environment.
8. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
