JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procure goods and services for MRO spend.
- Develop sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management.
- Monitor delivery schedule and due date PO to ensure goods arrive on time.
- Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.
- Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
- Track authorizations and correspondence.
- Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
- Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications.
- Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status, facilitate contractor meetings.
- Ensure that contractor follows legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3 or more years of progressively responsible procurement, supply chain, commercial, contract development, or contract management
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask and maintain by adapting to change
- Project management and influencing skills
- Ability to interact with all organizational levels and demonstrate a professional presence
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Evaluating and implementing outsourcing arrangements
- Planning and leading negotiations
- Structuring and managing supplier contracts / outsourcing agreements
- Highly motivated, results focused, and act with a high sense of urgency
