Senior Business Partnership and Operation

Requirements:

• Background education : Min S1 Business, Marketing, or related major, preferably from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.30
• Has minimum 2 years experience in retail/ ecommerce/ omnichannel
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, and own sense of urgency for incident resolution
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions
• Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
• Passionate about beauty & personal care category

Job Descriptions:

• Build & manage partnership with brand partners for omni channel (communication, revenue, stock, profitability, promotion, visibility, branding, activation, review, etc)
• Liaise with other internal teams (business functions) to support brands performance
