Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Manage existing and new ETL processes from multiple sources, producing clean datasets ready for analysis and visualization.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize sales performance dashboards to support different teams and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business process improvement opportunities and automate manual workflows.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests and analyses from business stakeholders; deliver data-driven insights and actionable solutions.
• Monitor data availability and quality across systems; troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
• Implement best practices for data governance, management, and analytics processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 510 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data structures and data management concepts/best practices.
• Expert in SQL; hands-on experience with RDBMS and ETL process management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI; familiar with Power Query and DAX.
• Python is a plus (especially Selenium for automation, and Pandas/Scikit-learn for machine learning).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interest in business and sales, especially in the smartphone and smart home appliance industry.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and solid problem-solving ability.
