Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Specialist located in Bogor.

The role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities in ISO consulting, IT governance, and IT audit services. Responsibilities include lead generation, conducting market research, building strategic relationships with potential clients, and developing business strategies aligned with company targets.

The Senior Business Development Specialist will collaborate closely with consultants and technical teams to propose tailored solutions, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure strong client engagement throughout the business cycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related field

Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in business development, B2B sales, or consulting services

Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 20000), IT governance, or IT audit services is highly preferred

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and growth opportunities

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Experience in lead generation, market research, and managing sales pipelines

Strong relationship-building and client management abilities

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

Familiarity with CRM tools and business development reporting systems
