four business units: PT Triputra Energi Megatara (TEM), PT Triputra Solusi Terpadu (TRUST), PT Armada Bahtera Semesta (ABAS), and PT ATW Solar Indonesia.

TRUST is looking for
Senior Business Consultant, that will grow with us by:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts
- Understand client business needs and ensure proposed solutions are relevant and value-driven
- Act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson, by analyzing client challenges, preparing proposals/solutions, negotiating, and closing deals
- Achieve revenue targets, manage pipeline growth, and expand market presence
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and operations) in daily activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field
- 35 years of experience as Sales Engineer or in a similar commercial/technical sales role
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- High likability with an easygoing personality; strong interpersonal skills
- Strong willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients
