What you will do:
- Support Sales/promotion project prioritization and alignment with corporate roadmap
- Document and track business requirements for projects and incidents
- Ensure process alignment across Sales, Promotion, Operations, Product Marketing, and Compliance
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks to Lead Business Analyst
- Help transform business needs into tech/ops requirements for execution.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current applications against business processes and spearhead the development of robust improvement plans.
What you will need:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in business analysis, business operations, or process improvement.
- Participated in or supported cross-functional projects (Tech, Operations, Finance, Product)
- Prior exposure to financial services, or fintech is preferred (but not strictly required)
Additional Knowledge
- Process Design & Enforcement: Proven ability to document, standardize, and manage changes on processes across multiple teams
- Analytical Thinking: Can interpret operational data and spot inefficiencies
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Strong track record working with Sales, Ops, Product, or Compliance teams to drive alignment
- Problem-Solving: Comfortable handling incidents, following root cause analysis, and ensuring lessons feed back into the process.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM/ERP or BI dashboards is a plus
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiar with CRM/ERP tools and experience in Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar tools
- Familiar with process mapping tools (Figjam, Flowchart, etc)
- Outcome-Oriented: Measures success by business impact (conversion rates, reduced incidents), not just activity
- Structured: Naturally organizes chaos into clean workflows and dashboards
- Ability to translate raw data into a presentation slides/dashboard
