Job Title:Senior Business Analyst

Geography / Location:Jakarta, Indonesia (or remote)

We engage with Private Equity firms and traditional corporate clients on projectssimilar tothose done at A.T Kearney, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, etc. Additionally, our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services are specifically targetedtomid-market clients to improve any inefficiency in the back-office functions byleveraginglabourcost arbitrage and time zone difference. BPO performs several services, including Finance & Accounting, CRM, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, HR, Admin functions, and many more based on our client's specific needs. After several successful years and completing over 50 engagements, we have also entered the Principal Investingarena, closing our first deal on a Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing company in September 2020. The team spans globally with team members in Chicago, Puerto Rico, New Delhi, Colombia, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Our BPO team has tripled since 2020, and we are looking for new team members who could elevate our team's experience and skills to the next level!

Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will be joining our BPO service and responsible for supporting one or more BPO clients. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead and manage multiple workstreams or projects across a variety of functionalexpertise(e.g., finance & accounting, data analytics, supply chain, sales & marketing), ensuringtimely, high-quality delivery and alignment with client objectives
  • Perform complex data analysis and develop clear, insightful reports to support strategic decision-making and deliver measurable value to clients
  • Provide ongoing support, feedback, and peer review to more junior team members/ analysts (BAs/JAs), ensuring deliverables meet quality standards
  • Work closely with associates or senior team members to co-develop solutions tailored to client needs. Take an active role inidentifyingissues, shaping hypotheses, and supporting structured planning and implementation efforts
  • Lead client facing meetings, from kick-off to regular check-ins. Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to clarify needs, manage expectations, and deliver both ad-hoc and structured outputs
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and client counterparts to ensure smooth project execution, resolve roadblocks, and ensure deliverables are met on time and to standard
  • Use structured thinking and data-informed analysis toanticipateissues and develop forward-looking solutions aligned with broader business goals
  • Support andparticipatetobusiness development activities including proposal preparation, client pitches, andidentifyinggrowth opportunities within existing accounts

Key Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance, or related disciplines from a top-tier university
  • Minimum3+ years of experience. Prior experience in a similar field or industry would be highly preferable
  • Needs to have good analytical skills/ standard excel
  • Strong communicationand Englishproficiency able to communicate in a fully English environment
  • Must be able to produce results in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in ERP systems, programming or coding language, and big data is a plus
  • Available to connect with the client during US working hours, if needed, willing to follow US Central Daylight Time (CDT, GMT-5) with prior notice
  • Available to joinASAP
