Key Responsibilities
Strategic Brand & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute annual and long-term brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Own full P&L management, ensuring delivery of revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and manage business risks through strategic planning and performance monitoring.
Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) Excellence
- Lead end-to-end Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) strategy across ATL, BTL, Digital, and Trade Marketing.
- Oversee campaign development from concept to execution and evaluation, leveraging KPIs and data analytics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
Market, Consumer & Competitive Insights
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer behavior using Nielsen, Kantar, market visits, and other data sources.
- Translate insights into actionable brand strategies, communication platforms, and innovation initiatives.
Innovation & Portfolio Development
- Lead the innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization, including product development, consumer research, and packaging design.
- Ensure innovations are aligned with consumer needs, brand positioning, and business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Commercial Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure strong commercial execution.
- Align demand planning and improve forecast accuracy.
- Control trade investment and oversee in-store and out-store activations to maximize commercial impact.
People Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and mentor Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers.
- Build a high-performing team with strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, and consumer-centric mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum X–X years of experience in Brand Management, with proven exposure at senior or lead level (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong track record in P&L management and IMC leadership.
- Highly analytical with hands-on experience using Nielsen, Kantar, and other market data tools.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
