About The Role

Erdigma Indonesia is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead our branding efforts. This position will play a key role in shaping the direction of our brands, including existing herbal and FMCG products, as well as new product launches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the FMCG industry and demonstrate a deep understanding of brand management principles. This role requires a creative, data-driven individual with a passion for innovation in the consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies for our product portfolio, focusing on both existing brands and upcoming product launches.
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Manage brand budgets and track performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead brand positioning initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
  • Guide the creative direction for brand materials, packaging, and advertising content.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new opportunities for product development and brand expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant brand management role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
  • Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate to Purbalingga.
  • Experience in the fmcg products sector.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills.
