Responsibility:
- Report to Manager and/or Partner.
- Prepare and develop the concept of audit examination.
- Provide additional help and guidance to clients on a consultancy basis.
- Coach audit staff to upgrade their knowledge.
- Monitor and control audit staff.
- Coordinate with team to meet audit objective and goals.
Requirements:
- Holding degree in accounting (minimum S1) from recognized university with min GPA of 3.00.
- Having work experience in similar position or role from the reputable accounting firms, minimum in the last 2 years.
- Strong technical competencies in the accounting practice under updated PSAK/IFRS, risk-based auditing and newly taxation.
- Willing to travel out of town, working overtime and commitment to meet the deadline.
- Details, self-motivated team leader and able to perform effective work under tight pressure.
- Excellent in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must and Mandarin speaker (or any other foreign language) is highly preferred.
