Responsibilities
As Senior Associate, you will:
- Drive and deliver end-to-end advisory projects for our clients, from strategy formulation to execution plans
- Analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions
- Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance environment
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments
- Strong willingness to always learn and go extra miles in each project
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in transaction advisory, consulting, or related fields (strategy, business improvement and transformation and transactions (e.g. M&A, restructuring)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to bring order to unstructured problems
- Proven project management and client-facing experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and coach teams
- Adaptability, curiosity, and a drive to continuously learn and innovate
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines
