Studio Ganda is a multidisciplinary design practice specializing in architecture, interior design, and branding. Founded in 2021 with roots in Australia, we now operate across Southeast Asia and Europe.

Role We are looking for a Senior Architect to act as a Technical and Design Lead.
Location:Medan (Hybrid) | Jakarta or Bali (Remote/WFA).
In this role, you will lead our flagship projects and oversee the studio's technical standards from concept through to construction documentation and site supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of high-end residential and hospitality projects, ensuring the original design intent is maintained through to construction.
- Studio Supervision (QA/QC): Act as the guardian of technical standards. You will guide other project leaders, reviewing documentation and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and international standards before release.
- Site Supervision & Problem Solving: Conduct critical site visits to monitor progress and quality. You must be able to think on your feet to resolve unforeseen site conflicts (structural/MEP clashes) immediately without compromising the design.
- Resource Management: Assist the Principal in manpower planning and team allocation to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
- Coordination: Manage high-level communication with clients and international consultants (Structure, MEP, Lighting) to ensure seamless project integration.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Architecture, with at least 3 years dedicated to Luxury/High-End projects.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp is essential.
- Portfolio: Must demonstrate a strong understanding of construction details, materials, and joinery.
- Language: Professional proficiency in English (Written & Spoken) is required.
