Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect located in Bandung. The Senior Architect will oversee architectural project planning and execution, ensuring designs meet client needs, aesthetic standards, and regulations. Responsibilities include leading architectural teams, developing detailed designs, collaborating with project stakeholders, and reviewing work for accuracy and quality. The role also involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovating design solutions to enhance functionality and sustainability in projects.

Qualifications

• Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's Degree, Architecture
• 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for Architect position and 7 year(s) for Senior Architect position
• IAI Member (preferable for Architect, required for Senior Architect), STRA/SKK Certificate (preferable)
• Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience in all phases of architecture project deliver.
• Experience in a wide variety of production and visualization software including but not limited to:

1. 3D modelling (Sketchup), CADD
2. Microsoft Office, Powerpoint,
3. Photoshop
4. 3D Rendering (D5, Enscape)
5. AI tools software/ application

• Expertise in project management, team leadership, and overseeing project execution
• Knowledge of sustainability principles, construction methods, and regulatory standards
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client presentation skills
