Monitor transaction and customer data to identify potential fraudulent activities.
Analyze fraud trends using historical data, investigation results, and other relevant sources.
Maintain and optimize parameters within fraud rules and dashboards to improve efficiency and effectiveness based on data insights.
Prepare and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of fraud reports for management and regulatory purposes.
Collaborate with Business, Compliance, AML, Legal, Digital Operations, Operations, Data & Digital Product, and IT teams to ensure effective implementation of anti-fraud strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university with Major in Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, Law, Economics, or Criminology.
Proficiency in SQL and Python.
Certification in Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Understanding of regulations and compliance in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong ability to conduct in-depth data analysis and assess risk events, with actionable recommendations.
Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence roles within the financial services industry (banking or non-banking).
Hands-on experience in developing analytics and/or dashboards for risk-related use cases such as anti-fraud detection rules, risk heatmaps, or key risk indicators.
Fast learner, agile, able to work in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, with strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
