About the Role:
As an Infrastructure Engineering - Ops, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support scalable and efficient product development and release processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building, and managing cloud infrastructure automation
- Developing and maintaining platforms that support CI/CD processes
- Performing automated system configuration and deployment
- Providing debugging and troubleshooting support to engineering teams
- Ensuring availability, performance, and security of applications for internal and external stakeholders
- Handling user issues and requests independently in a timely manner
- Managing monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability
- Collaborating with development teams to improve deployment and operational efficiency
About You:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about cloud infrastructure and automation, and can work both independently and collaboratively:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in system administration and familiarity with cloud-based environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure management (preferably AWS)
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as ELK stack
- Hands-on experience managing DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and cloud-based networking
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems (FreeBSD/Linux) and related tools
- Familiar with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to design and manage virtual network topology in AWS
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash/Python) for automation
- Understanding of web and application architecture (Apache, Nginx, MySQL, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of firewall concepts, NAT, and iptables
- Experience with Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, HBase, Spark, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Self-driven, strong problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities
