We are looking for a Senior Admin to join our growing team at Kitathletic. This role will be central in supporting our operations, ensuring smooth inventory management across all sales channels, and bridging communication between retail, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure stock levels are accurate and synchronized across all sales channels (website, marketplace, offline store).
- Manage and monitor inventory across all platforms, preventing discrepancies and stockouts.
- Handle product listing and updates across various channels (website, marketplace, offline system).
- Assist with pick & pack operations to support order fulfillment.
- Provide timely and accurate internal inventory and sales reports, supporting the performance marketing team.
- Work closely with the retail team to ensure seamless store operations and assist when needed.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in inventory management or related roles.
- Experience with product listing and content management across multiple sales channels.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and inventory management systems (Shopify knowledge a plus).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and operations teams.
- A team player with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to be hands-on when required.
