Senior Accountant

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Experience in Hospitality, Villa Management, or Multi-Unit/Multi-Owner properties is preferred.
• Auditor backgrounds are strongly encouraged.
• Able to prepare and analyze monthly P&L statements for each property/unit.
• Skilled in allocating expenses, common area charges, and CapEx according to owner agreements.
• Good understanding of hospitality financial metrics (NOP, GOP, margins).
• High accuracy in handling sensitive financial data and multi-owner reports.
• Able to work efficiently and meet strict monthly reporting deadlines.
