Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Account Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, coordinate marketing campaigns, oversee project timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, leading presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality and innovative marketing solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Business Development
• Strong skills in Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Campaign Management
• Knowledge of Promotional Marketing, E-commerce Solutions, and Digital Campaign Execution
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution abilities
• High level of organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the marketing, advertising, or promotions industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
