Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with clients. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, providing strategic guidance, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. The role requires managing account performance, addressing any issues, and driving business growth opportunities within client portfolios.

Qualifications

• Account management and client relationship skills, with experience in building and maintaining successful client partnerships
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deliverables
• Ability to communicate effectively, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to address client needs and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM tools
• Strong knowledge of the industry specific to the company's area of focus is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage
• Proven experience in a similar role in account management, preferably at a senior level
