Job Overview
A Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting the companys products and services, and securing sales to achieve individual revenue targets. This role involves mentoring junior sales team members, leading negotiations, and driving strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. A Senior Account Manager combines strong sales expertise with analytical and leadership skills to maximize customer value and market share.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue potential leads to acquire new clients within assigned industries.
2. Present and sell the companys products and services, ensuring they align with client needs.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
4. Oversee and control client&aposs campaign execution to ensure high quality deliverables and client&aposs satisfaction
5. Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to team goals and overall revenue objectives.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.
7. Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and updates to the team.
8. Mentor and support Account Managers in achieving their targets, providing guidance and sharing best practices.
9. Lead client presentations and negotiations, demonstrating expertise in product and service offerings.
Requirements
1. Education & Experience Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 3-5 years of experience in a media company handling clients in Government Institutions, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), and Public Agencies/Organizations.
2. Sales & Business Development Strong ability to identify leads, pitch solutions, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
3. Client Relationship Management Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and ensure satisfaction.
4. Campaign & Project Oversight Ability to manage client campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure high-quality execution.
5. Industry & Market Knowledge Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to refine sales strategies.
6. Communication & Presentation Confident in public speaking, pitching, and presentations; strong English proficiency.
7. Tech & Tools Proficiency Experience using CRM software, sales tools, and data analysis for tracking performance.
8. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
