Build Brands, Drive Growth. We&aposre searching for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance.
  • Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities for the company.
  • Liaise with digital strategist and respective team to develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with clients&apos business objectives, leveraging your deep understanding of Influencer Marketing.
  • Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Manage campaign budgets and track performance against key metrics (GMV, CAC, conversion rates).
  • Collaborate effectively with creative, technology, and productions teams to ensure the development of high-quality ad assets and campaigns.
  • Mentor and develop the account team, ensuring consistent skill growth and performance.
  • Handle conflict resolution and manage client escalations effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of programmatic, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with MMP (Mobile Measurement Partners).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platform optimization (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop).
  • Proven ability to manage creative projects and collaborate effectively with other teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing trends and platforms.
