Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing strategic guidance.
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities for the company.
- Liaise with digital strategist and respective team to develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with clients&apos business objectives, leveraging your deep understanding of Influencer Marketing.
- Oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and track performance against key metrics (GMV, CAC, conversion rates).
- Collaborate effectively with creative, technology, and productions teams to ensure the development of high-quality ad assets and campaigns.
- Mentor and develop the account team, ensuring consistent skill growth and performance.
- Handle conflict resolution and manage client escalations effectively.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of programmatic, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with MMP (Mobile Measurement Partners).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platform optimization (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and TikTok Shop).
- Proven ability to manage creative projects and collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with social media marketing trends and platforms.
